Ko-ken Tool Company is recognised as one of the leaders in the international tool production industry founded in Japan in 1946. Today over 8000 individual stock items and 4000 special customer items have been produced and inspected according to DIN, ISO and JIS standard by request.

Ko-ken Products are designed and manufactured using the latest technologies such as 3D-CAD, machining centres and computer controlled heat treatment systems in order to deliver the highest quality and most modern designed sockets and accessories.

The 12-Point (Double-Hexagonal) Configuration is a 12-point socket that can be used on square nuts and fasteners, and also offer double the amount of starting points. The design is normally only used for general purpose applications because it can greatly increase the chance of rounding or slipping off a nut or fastener.
